According to reports from Ukrainian media, the strike targeted the traction substation «Kanivska», which serves the railway’s electricity supply.
There are also reports of debris falling on the territory of private households in Slavyansk-na-Kubani, where an oil refinery is located.
Residents of Yaroslavl also report a fire near an oil refinery.
