The invaders again shelled the Sumy region: eight wounded, including a child


Russia has struck the Sumy region again. Residential areas were hit.

This is reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine.

Rescuers reported that last evening, the enemy attacked one of the settlements of the Sumy community, resulting in a private house catching fire.

This morning, the Okhtyrka and Krasnopillya communities came under fire:

non-residential premises were destroyed, 11 private households were damaged.

Law enforcement officers noted that investigative and operational police teams were working at the attack sites, documenting the destruction and gathering evidence of war crimes.

As a result of the attacks, eight civilians were injured, including an 8-year-old girl. The following were damaged:

23 private houses, a school, a kindergarten, outbuildings, vehicles, infrastructure objects.

There were also reports of dry vegetation fires.

Additionally, this morning the enemy launched another airstrike on the Krasnopillya community, hitting a non-operational enterprise. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties," the police added.
