The occupiers attacked a power plant in Kyiv region with a "Shahed": two DTEK workers were injured


The Russian army struck an electrical substation in the Kyiv region. Two energy workers were injured.

This was reported by the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

"As a result of the enemy attack on one of the substations in the Boryspil district, two DTEK workers were injured. They were taken to a local hospital," the administration stated.

According to preliminary information, one worker sustained shrapnel wounds to the head, chest, arm, and legs. The other suffered an ear injury, as well as abrasions on the hands and legs. Both have been hospitalized, and all necessary medical assistance is being provided.

As clarified by DTEK, the team of energy workers came under enemy attack after the air raid alert had ended. They were targeted by a "Shahed" drone.

"Two of our colleagues were injured. We are providing them with all necessary assistance for treatment and support," DTEK reported.
