One SES rescuer died and five others were injured as a result of a repeated Russian strike in the Kharkiv region on the night of October 23.
This was reported by SES on Telegram.
Literally from the service: "During the extinguishing of a fire caused by an enemy drone strike in the village of Zelenyi Hai of the Velykoburlutska community in the Kupyansk district, Russian terrorists repeatedly shelled the place where the rescuers were working. The enemy strike took the life of a rescuer, five of his colleagues were injured".
Details: The commander of the unit, Chief Master Sergeant of the Civil Defence Service Yuriy Chystikov, born in 1975, died. He is survived by a daughter.
