Klychko: Two people killed in Kyiv due to overnight shelling


In the night leading to October 25, Russia struck Kyiv with ballistic missiles. According to confirmed information, two people have been killed. 

This was reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klychko.

As a result of the shelling in Kyiv, 10 residents were injured, three of whom are in hospitals. The number of fatalities has risen to 2 people.

Damage was sustained by residential buildings and non-residential structures in the districts on the left bank of the city.

In the Darnytskyi district, fires broke out in non-residential structures at two locations. 

In the Dniprovskyi district, due to falling debris near residential buildings at several addresses, windows and doors in apartments were blown out.

Additionally, a kindergarten building was damaged — windows and doors were blown out.

In the Desnianskyi district, due to falling debris, several warehouse premises and vehicles caught fire. Emergency services are working at the sites to mitigate the consequences of the attack.
