At around 14:20, Russian forces struck the city of Sumy with an unmanned aerial vehicle.
This was reported by the City Military Administration (CMA).
The strike hit the roof of a multi-story residential building in the Zarichnyi district of the city.
"As a result of the strike by a UAV of the ’Italmas’ type, a fire broke out on the roof of the multi-story building," — the statement reads.
The fire was promptly extinguished by emergency services. According to preliminary information, no people were injured as a result of the enemy attack.
Currently, the area is being inspected, and the consequences of the strike are being documented.
