IPnews learned about this from its own sources. As we were told, this is not the first establishment opened by the same scammers. In particular, last weekend in Zaporizhzhya a similar gambling establishment was opened at 40 Pravda St. (Palladium Plaza Shopping Center, in the basement of the Rzhevskyi Restaurant).
It is worth noting that a couple of months ago, police officers had already closed the casino at this address, but with the assistance of the same police officers, the casino subsequently reopened and continued operating.
According to the source, the casino management delays the salaries of its employees and often does not pay out winnings.
These illegal establishments are managed by Hryhoriy Shevchenko, born in 1979, who was previously convicted of serious crimes and who three years ago borrowed money from many Zaporizhzhya residents to open illegal casinos, which he still has not repaid.
