The Odesa Regional Municipal Enterprise "Regional Administrative Building Maintenance Service of the Regional Council No. 2" is preparing to pay almost 600 thousand hryvnias for security services from LLC "Security Agency ’Tytan Security’," which belongs to Regional Council deputy Oleh Kaptur.

According to the registry of legal entities, the company belongs to the wife of Odesa Regional Council deputy Oleh Kaptur, Kateryna Kaptur. Since the beginning of 2020, the company has already signed contracts worth nearly one million hryvnias, most of them in 2021.

In addition to the contract with the municipal enterprise, the regional oncology dispensary is preparing to sign a contract worth one and a half million hryvnias with the company.

It is worth noting that Oleh Kaptur is involved in a criminal case concerning budget embezzlement. Furthermore, half of his wife’s business, including the companies she founded, is missing from Oleh Kaptur’s 2020 declaration. Among the "forgotten" are the security agency "Titan Security," the Odesa security firm LLC "AB OPP-Yug+," the manufacturing company LLC "Engineering House ’Tytan’," the construction company "Bud-Group," and another construction firm "Tytan-Kyiv."
