Mykytas, Komarnytskyi and Blinov stole another 180 million from Kyiv residents
Rogue developer Maksym Mykytas, right under the noses of NABU, SBI, Klychko, and the NSDC, continues to steal money from the budget - this time from Kyiv residents.
Klitschko’s fixer for self-serving issues, Denys Komarnytskyi, together with his accomplice Blinov, in collusion with Mykytas and Lisnevskyi/Khomatova, the heads of the company commissioning the construction of the Shulyavskyi Bridge and the Podilskyi Bridge crossing, through forged contracts and work completion acts, sent 188 million UAH to subcontractors controlled by Komarnytskyi/Blinov bypassing the General Contractor - Alliance LLC.
