Humanitarian aid thief in Zaporizhya region Nekrasova loves the good life
Zlata Nekrasova, who was searched 2 days ago in the case of theft of humanitarian aid from the Zaporizhya region, heads the regional humanitarian headquarters and is also the deputy head of the regional administration.
A fairly well-known person with a large capital, who became very suddenly a volunteer. But back in the not-so-distant 2016, the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Zaporizhya City Council for the Zavodskyy District had to go to court to sue for the benefit paid to Zlata (case No. 332/713/16-c).
The main point of the case: in 2013-2014, Zlata (at that time still bore her husband’s surname Stadnyk) simultaneously received child care benefits until the child reached the age of three and also a survivor’s pension, which resulted in an overpayment of state aid. Zlata refused to voluntarily return the overpayment, so the state agency was forced to collect the debt through the courts. The social security claim was fully satisfied, the debt and legal costs were collected from the defendant.
By the way, Zlata Nekrasova and her son celebrated 2021 in the Maldives, at the Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi resort hotel - "All Inclusive Premium". The hotel is located on the island of Lohifushi (cost of 1 night’s stay is $ 400) + flight. The assistant Oleksandra Starukha flew out of Boryspil International Airport on December 25, 2020, returned on January 3, 2021, having spent 8 days at the resort and spent at least $ 3,200 (approximately UAH 90,000) on vacation, excluding the cost of the flight.
