The company "Liktravy" from Zhytomyr maintains relations with the aggressor state

Despite the fact that the Zhytomyr-based company "Liktravy" positions itself as the leader of the Ukrainian medicinal herbs market, you will not find any information about the large enterprise’s support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or their family members, no donations, collections, social assistance – nothing. This is not surprising, as the company "Liktravy" continues to cooperate with the aggressor state and fund the killing machine to this day.

The CBO “Civil Society UA” established that the Zhytomyr company "Liktravy" is officially owned by the German company “MB Beteiligungs GmbH”, which is part of the German holding “Martin Bauer”.

In turn, the German holding does not even hide its presence in the Russian market and openly reports about it on its official Russian website - http://martin-bauer.ru/

In addition, public activists compared the official website of the Russian enterprise "JSC Krasnogorskleksredstva" with the official website of "Liktravy" and found that the sites contain identical links to the official website of the "Martin Bauer" holding, and all products are the same.

According to open data sources, the annual revenue of the Russian enterprise "JSC Krasnogorskleksredstva" reaches 4,000,000,000 rubles, a significant portion of which is paid to the aggressor’s budget as taxes, which the aggressor country uses to kill Ukrainians.

For medicine production at the Moscow enterprise, the "Martin Bauer" holding uses the occupied Ukrainian enterprise on the territory of Crimea - FITOSOVKHOZ "RADUGA", which the holding re-registered under Russian legislation immediately after the occupation of Crimea, essentially recognizing Crimea as Russian.

For the re-registration of the enterprise and its further operation, the "Martin Bauer" holding used a person under their control who worked for the holding for decades – Serhiy Kutko.

An interesting fact is that Serhiy Kutko was a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea from 2010 to 2014 from the "Party of Regions", actively supported and assisted the Russian occupation of the peninsula. For this reason, he was included in the sanctions list by the decision of the NSDC of Ukraine on May 2, 2018, and by the decree of the President of Ukraine №126/2018 dated May 14, 2018. However, despite this, Kutko continues to officially work at the "Martin Bauer" holding and be the director of Ukrainian enterprises that are part of the holding.

A significant portion of the necessary raw materials and manufactured medicines is imported by the Russian enterprise from the "Liktravy" company through the following simple scheme – the "Liktravy" company sends raw materials or finished products to the "Martin Bauer" holding in Germany, and from there the goods are sent to Russia, as evidenced by the customs information about the foreign economic activity of enterprises. For example, according to the customs declaration 10013160/231222/3624974, a series of raw materials were sent to the Russian enterprise from Germany in December 2022, for a total amount of 42,293,601 rubles, a significant part of which was paid to the budget of the Russian murder machine.

Thus, the Zhytomyr company "Liktravy" is part of the "Martin Bauer" holding, which has active large business in Russia, funds state traitors of Ukraine, recognizes Crimea as Russian, and pays huge sums to the Russian military machine in the form of taxes. The "Liktravy" enterprise itself supplies its products and raw materials to the Russian enterprise through the German holding.

Considering all the information found, representatives of the CBO “Civil Society UA" have approached the law enforcement agencies with a statement about committing a criminal offense.
