The TCR was allowed to operate around the clock

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has granted the right to territorial centers of recruitment and social support  to operate around the clock.

This was reported by government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnichuk in Telegram.

“Changes have been made to the Regulations on territorial centers of recruitment and social support,” Melnichuk wrote.

According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, it is provided during mobilization and/or during the legal regime of martial law, to grant the right to territorial recruitment and social support centers around the clock:

• consider cases of administrative offenses and impose administrative penalties in accordance with the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences;

• organize, at a certain frequency, medical examinations and psychological examinations by military medical commissions of those liable for military service and reservists (for regional TCRs and SSs);

• maintain personal and qualitative records of conscripts, those liable for military service and reservists, records of vehicles to be transfer ed to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during mobilization and in wartime.
