Zelenskyy invited Trump to the front line
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on FOX News on the well-known promise of US presidential candidate Donald Trump to end the war with Russia in 24 hours, inviting him to the front line.
According to the Ukrainian leader, he cannot understand how a representative of the Republicans wants to achieve such a feat. Zelenskyy says that Trump cannot solve the “tragedy of war” with him alone; the politician needs to see the front with his own eyes.
"Where he will explain everything, he will explain what his thoughts are, maybe he has some ideas. I don’t know... He will see what is happening and after that, I think he will change his mind. We all “We realized that there are no two sides in this war: there is only one enemy, and this is Putin’s position,” Zelenskyy said .
Zelenskyy agreed that the Russian people can change something inside Russia and eliminate Putin. But this task remains long and difficult, the president emphasized.
Putin fears only the strong, and he does not accept any weakness - this means that Ukraine must be strong on the battlefield and not allow Russia to occupy anything, Zelenskyy believes.
“His position will be weaker if, with the growing number of victims, people in Russia see those doubts and are against this war... This wave is what we need,” the leader of Ukraine concluded.
