Missile strike on Odesa: death toll rises to 20
The death toll as a result of an enemy missile attack on Odesa has increased to 20 people.
According to Kiper, the victims are being provided with all necessary assistance. “All relevant services are eliminating the consequences of an enemy attack. Law enforcement officers are recording another crime by the Russians,” he noted.
“Tomorrow, mourning will be declared in Odesa and the region. I express my sincere condolences to the families of the victims,” wrote Kiper.
