The occupiers hit civilian infrastructure in Konotop
The Russian army today, March 18, attacked Konotop in the Sumy region. As a result there is damage.
This was reported by the Sumy RMA .
“The enemy attacked the civilian infrastructure of the city of Konotop and populated areas of the Sumy region,” the statement said.
The RMA added that all necessary services are on site. There are no preliminary deaths.
Utility facilities in Konotop were damaged. The consequences of the attack are being clarified.
