Kharkiv is again under fire from Russian occupiers, - Terekhov
An explosion was heard in Kharkiv as a result of Russian shelling this afternoon, March 23. After this, an air raid siren sounded in the city.
This was reported by Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov and Suspilne Kharkiv .
“A minute before the air raid warning was announced, an explosion was heard in Kharkiv,” the publication said at 17:39.
As the mayor’s office said, Kharkiv is under Russian shelling.
"The city is under fire from the invaders again. Be careful!" - Terekhov wrote in his Telegram.
