
There are no electricity restrictions in Kharkiv for the first time since March 22, when the city’s energy infrastructure was significantly damaged by Russian shelling.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.
The ministry noted that restrictions do not apply in Kharkiv.
The Kharkiv region remained the only region in which emergency shutdowns were in effect as of March 30.
In addition, the Ministry of Energy reported that emergency shutdowns are used in the Odesa region after night shelling. As DTEK notes, after the shelling on the night of March 31, 170 thousand houses were de-energized; now residents of Odesa mostly have electricity; approximately 10 thousand houses remain de-energized. The operation of electric transport in the city was stopped.
