The DIU spokesman said that Ukraine was not involved in the drone strike on Zaporizhzhya NPP.

Department representative Yusov, in a media commentary, called it “imitation” and blamed it on the Russians.

“Ukraine is not involved in any armed provocations on the territory of the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant illegally occupied by Russia,” said the speaker of the DIU.

“Russian strikes, in particular simulated ones, on the territory of the Ukrainian nuclear power plant, as well as the deployment of troops and weapons there, and mining of Zaporizhzhya NPP facilities have long been a well-known and constant criminal practice of the occupiers,” he added.
