Mobilization must be carried out by motivated and competent people, and commanders must be strictly responsible for the lives of the military. In addition, law enforcement officers and civil servants should be involved in service on a general basis. This is the only way to achieve justice in matters of mobilization and reservation.

“There should be no reservations for law enforcement and government agencies. Let the patrol police patrol, and all other law enforcement agencies must mobilize at least 50% of the apparatus. And send them not to some specialized special forces, not to special units, but to replenish the regular infantry The Verkhovna Rada, the office of the president, the government, all government bodies must mobilize 50% of their male employees,” he is convinced.
He emphasized that the authorities should give citizens an example of defending the Motherland, and not evading mobilization.
“Everything that does not work for defense and security should give some people to the war. Yes, not everyone can fight at zero for health reasons. But everyone can perform rear service. So that older people serve at checkpoints and in support units, and healthy people “at the forefront,” he concluded.
