“Unfortunately, the schedules that were drawn up by the oblenergo together with Ukrenergo are not being followed. We understand that this is objective, because there is an overload of the energy system. There is a deficit,” Terekhov said.
According to him, “we need equipment that is not produced in Ukraine.”
The fact that periods of blackouts in the city are longer than those officially announced is often reported by Kharkiv residents themselves.
