According to him, one was received from Germany, four more are being negotiated, and he saw 2 more batteries personally, but has not yet announced the details of them.
Negotiations to obtain them have been difficult because “countries that own these air defence systems are bargaining for compensation.”
Kuleba added: "I have no doubt with the progress we are making that the Patriots will be there."
The Foreign Minister also hinted that the eighth system could leave the United States. "I think the U.S. Army probably has one spare."
