Ukraine is preparing to sign bilateral security agreements with seven more partner states, including the United States. The agreement with the US is expected to be one of the strongest. Preliminary texts of these documents are already available.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about this in his address to Ukrainians and the world at the end of the 798th day of the war. According to him, each of these agreements will support Ukraine this year and in subsequent years - a security architecture for the period before joining NATO.

"We are preparing seven more new security documents for our state - bilateral security agreements. In particular, regarding the security agreement with the United States. Weapons, finance, political interaction - today I worked with the team on the specific details of these documents, and for some of them there are already preliminary text of the agreements,” the head of state said.

The Ukrainian side, as the president emphasized, is filling the draft agreements with stronger opportunities for the state and our common security with our partners. Special priority is given to everything that will provide more protection from Russian terror.

Zelenskyy said that a Global Peace Summit is also being prepared in Switzerland, which, in his opinion, is capable of starting a real movement towards a just world.

“Today we agreed on the final touches, and we are also working as actively as possible to ensure that there are more leaders and countries at the Summit. This is fundamental. The world can stop any aggressor. If it acts in unity and according to the rules of the majority, not a single aggression will withstand a truly global one.” . pressure. The president also informed that he had made several personnel changes in the Security Service of Ukraine. In particular, he dismissed Ilya Vityuk, head of the Department for Counterintelligence Protection of State Interests in the Sphere of Information Security of the SSU.

Zelenskyy thanked the 9th Department of the Main Intelligence Directorate for the accuracy, as well as all the soldiers fighting for Ukraine on the front line.
