Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalisation, said that the Ministry of Defence would introduce an "electronic registration" for visiting the TRC "in the near future".
“I think that in the near future we will be able to deploy an electronic queue for visiting TRCs and joint ventures. I think we will do this quite quickly. At least, the Ministry of Defence team is already working on this. I think that the already deployed tool will be able to become available in the near future time... Next, we will hold consultations on the TRC and the joint venture and we will be able to organize this,” she said on Radio Liberty.
Chernogorenko argues that the introduction of this tool “is a response to the challenges that exist now.”
“The huge queues that we are now able to observe are caused, among other things, by the approval of the mobilization law, which imposes an obligation on those serving military service to update their data. Therefore, many people have a need to do this. Therefore, we will react and correct this very quickly,” added deputy.
