The Russian Federation is accumulating forces in the border regions of Ukraine, - NSDC

The Center for Combating Disinformation of the National Security and Defence Council noted that the Russians have the resources for further activation in the border areas of the North, the Kharkiv region, and the Sumy region.

But the head of the Center, Andriy Kovalenko, assured that the enemy “does not have the strength to attack Kharkiv and Sumy.”
