The HACC arrested former First Deputy Head of the National Security and Defence Council Oleh Hladkovskyi in absentia.
He is suspected of causing damage to the state amounting to 17.44 million hryvnia - together with the ex-Deputy Minister of Defence and the director of the Department of Defence.
