Occupants strike at Mykhailivka in Donetsk region: five people wounded
On the morning of 16 May, the Russian terrorist army attacked the village of Mykhailivka in Donetsk region. Five people were injured as a result of the war crime.
The Russians hit civilians with Smerch multiple launch rocket systems.
This was reported by the Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office.
Russian troops attacked the village at about 10:45 am. The territory of one of the local enterprises came under attack from the invaders.
As a result of the enemy’s attack on a peaceful settlement, five civilians were injured - three women and two men. Currently, they are provided with qualified medical care.
In addition, an administrative building and a vehicle were damaged due to Russian shell explosions.
Under the procedural leadership of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war is carried out (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
