The Armed Forces of Ukraine control 60% of Vovchansk, the assaults do not stop, - RMA
The Ukrainian Armed Forces control approximately 60% of Vovchansk. However, the assaults in the city do not stop.
This was stated by the deputy head of the Kharkiv RMA, Roman Semenukha, during the telethon.
“We continue to have continuous shelling. The enemy continues assault operations, mainly concentrated in the directions of the settlement of Lyptsi, the settlement of Vovchansk and on the left-right flank of the city of Vovchansk,” he said.
Semenukha added that today there are several flights of cabs in Lyptsi.
“The enemy does not abandon attempts in the middle of Vovchansk to push the Ukrainian Armed Forces out of the city. The city is approximately 60% controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, that is, the assaults do not stop,” he noted.
He added that this morning we stopped fighting in the Kupyansk direction.
“Today, in certain areas, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are conducting their own assault operations in order to improve their positions. And, of course, there is shelling of the border areas. These are the Bogodukhovsky district, the Kharkiv district, the Chuhuiv district,” Semenukha added.
