Explosions were heard in Kharkiv at about 16:00.

According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Syniehubov, as of 16:58, 11 victims of the attack on Kharkiv were known.

The bodies of the dead lie around the hypermarket.

They write that there could have been about 200 people inside.
