Germany announced a new package of military aid to Ukraine
Germany will transfer a new package of military assistance to Ukraine, which will include weapons worth a total of 500 million euros.
This is reported by DPA on Twitter and Tagesschau .
According to DPA, the announcement of the new package was made by German Defence Minister Borys Pistorius during a visit to Odesa.
There are no further details about the German aid package for Ukraine yet.
According to Tagesschau, Ukraine will receive as part of the package:
- medium-range missiles for IRIS-T;
- short-range missiles for IRIS-T;
- reconnaissance and attack drones for combat in the Black Sea region;
- equipment for the repair of German artillery and Leopard tanks, previously transferred to Ukraine.
