The death toll as a result of the shelling of Kharkiv on the night of May 31 increased to five: another body of a deceased man was recovered from under the rubble of a five-story building in the Novobavarskyi district. Hostile ballistics attacked dense residential areas, the scale of the destruction was shown in video taken from above.

“The number of dead has increased, another man’s body was recovered from the rubble. In total, there were five dead during the night of the Russian terrorist attack,” said the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, as of 9:30.

He added that the rescue and search operation continues, all relevant services are working at the arrival site.

According to Syniehubov, the enemy used S-300 missiles and double strike tactics.
