The first beach in Odesa is open for swimming today - Kiper
The order for people’s access to the sea was signed by the military.
“Today the first open zone is the Kaleton beach in Odesa. The list will be expanded (as inspections are completed). We expect to open about 20 beaches in Odesa and the region, as well as one lagoon in the Izmail region,” Kiper said.
According to him, during an air raid or a storm of force 2 or higher, people are prohibited from staying near the sea.
