People’s Deputy Synyutka became the owner of luxury real estate in Lviv
People’s Deputy from the "EU" Oleh Synyutka lives in an elite estate in Lviv, which costs several million hryvnia and is registered in the name of his mother-in-law.
This information was reported by investigative journalist Taras Seredych on Telegram.
According to Seredich, Oleh Synyutka and his family recently settled in Sokilniki near Lviv, in the cottage town "Panska Gora", where house prices start from 6 million hryvnia .
Synyutka’s declaration for 2022 contains no information about such real estate.
“I checked the real estate register and found that neither Oleh Synyutka nor his wife personally have real estate there, but do not rush to be disappointed. In this cottage town, a certain Tymchenko Hanna has real estate. This woman is very close to the Synyutok family. There are many references to this lady in his declaration. For example, Synyutka’s wife Natalya uses an apartment of 174 square meters in Lviv, owned by Hanna Tymchenko, and a parking space. Also, wife Natalya Synyutka bought an apartment in Ivano-Frankivsk together with Hennadiy Tymchenko in 2023,” Seredych wrote.
It should be noted that the people’s deputy’s declaration only mentions that the Sinyutok family lives in an apartment with an area of 174.6 m2 in Lviv, which does not even belong to them. Officially, the owner of the property is the same Hanna Tymchenko. As it turned out, Oleh Synyutka’s mother-in-law, the mother of his wife Natalya. Moreover, Oleh Synyutka does not own any real estate.
