Forced evacuation will be announced in Toretsk - RMA

The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Filashkin, said that a forced evacuation would be announced in Toretsk.

“The enemy is very close. Now the evacuation will be forced. The day before yesterday (June 22, – Ed.) there were about 6 thousand people there, now there are 5.5 thousand and every day and hour they are leaving,” Filashkin noted .

There has been no electricity in the city for the second day due to the fact that Russian troops “are not allowing Ukrainian power engineers to restore power.”
