During the war, Dubinskyi bought an apartment in Barcelona for his mother

The mother of MP Oleksandr Dubinskyi, who is suspected of treason, is a pensioner, Alla Berezovska.

The Igla website writes about this.

The woman, as it turned out, purchased an apartment in Barcelona on February 28, 2022 - 4 days after the start of the full-scale invasion. The cost of the apartment is 288 thousand euros.

In Barcelona, Dubinskyi’s common-law wife, Olena Dekkert, also purchased an apartment for 100 thousand euros. But at the end of 2021.

It was to Deckert in Barcelona that Dubinskyi went a year ago under the cover of his sick father. Deckert purchased the apartment a few weeks after personal sanctions were imposed against Dubinskyi in the United States - in 2021. And this is confirmed by information from the registers.

Before purchasing real estate, the Dubinskyi family received a significant amount of funds into their bank accounts from Russian citizens Kseniya Shishkova (Katz, 1988), and her mother, Olena Katz. This was also reported by sources in the intelligence services and clarified that the funds arrived in a series of transfers of 212 thousand euros (this amount was received in several transfers at the beginning of 2022) and 73 thousand euros.

Kseniya Katz’s profile was found on the social network LinkedIn. The place of work is listed as TvoiDom Spain SL. Kseniya Kats studied at Moscow State University (MSU) from 2005 to 2010. Then I went to study in Belgium. This is stated in her profile on the social network.

Around 2008, Katz worked in the Russian Presidential Administration. This was also told to us by intelligence officers.

Therefore, the question arises: why did Dubinskyi’s pensioner mother Alla Berezovska and his common-law wife Olena Dekkert receive funds from Russian citizens that they could use to purchase housing in Barcelona? And could there be a trace of Russian intelligence services?

In 2020, the media wrote that Dubinskyi’s mother gave the people’s deputy three luxury cars. As previously reported, in 2015-2021, UAH 7.3 million was deposited in cash into the accounts of the pensioner mother. Her official income for this period amounted to 2.8 million hryvnia. The investigation believes that the mother previously used cash to purchase real estate, which was probably provided by her son, Dubinskyi. Last year, the court granted the request of the Office of the Prosecutor General and seized the property of Dubinskyi and his relatives. In particular, 15 cars, 22 apartments and eight plots of land.
