Cabinet of Ministers told how many drones Ukraine can produce per year
According to Hanna Hvozdyar, Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries and Industry, Ukraine has already begun to work on the line production of drones with ammunition.
Ukraine has large production capacities and can produce three million drones per year, but this requires adequate funding for such production. This was stated by Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries and Industry of Ukraine Hanna Hvozdyar, Suspilnoe reported .
“We have quite large production capabilities; today we can produce more than 3 million drones of various types. For this we need funding,” Hvozdyar said.
According to her, Ukraine cannot yet cover all costs on its own, so international partners are involved. For example, Canada, which agreed to purchase some Ukrainian-made drones for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The official also emphasized that Ukraine has significantly developed the production of various types of components that are used with the help of drones.
“More than a million drones - it is clear that they require more than a million ammunition,” Hvozdyar emphasized.
In addition, according to the deputy minister, the state is developing a line of drones with ammunition, which is necessary for the Ukrainian army.
