Businesses can reserve their workers through Diya
All critical businesses can book their workers through the Diya app. To do this, you need to fill out an online form.
This is reported with reference to the statement of the Zaporizhzhya regional military administration.
How does the booking mechanism work?
- The head of the enterprise accesses the Diya portal and provides the data of the responsible person, for example the head of the personnel department.
- The personnel officer enters all the necessary information.
- After this, the manager confirms with his electronic digital signature the need to book the employee.
When applications are completed correctly, status is provided automatically within an hour.
“The information in the Oberih register is also updated automatically,” said Volodymyr Cherednichenko, deputy chairman of the Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration.
For a business, the booking is valid for 12 months from the date it is designated as critical. Also, the reservation works during the term of the enterprise’s contract with the Ministry of Defence.
