Adviser to the head of the OP Mykhailo Podolyak stated that Ukraine discussed the Kursk offensive with Western partners.

"There are certain things that need to be done with an element of surprise and that need to happen at a local level. But there have been discussions between partners, just not at a public level," he told The Independent.
