Situation on the front: Ukrainian soldiers attacked three important occupiers’ facilities

Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders have struck enemy targets. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have attacked three important occupiers’ facilities.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.

Over the past 24 hours, 132 combat clashes occurred on the front. Aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces carried out 17 strikes on areas of concentration of enemy personnel and military equipment, two artillery systems, two air defense systems and three other important objects of the occupiers.

Situation in the directions:

In the Kharkiv sector, nine combat engagements took place in the vicinity of Lypky and Vovchansk.

In the Kupyansk sector, 12 attacks took place over the day. Ukrainian defence forces repelled enemy assaults near Hlushkivka, Kruhliakivka and Andriivka. The aggressor also attacked twice in the direction of Lozova.

In the Lyman sector, the enemy made eight attacks near Nevske, Makiivka, Torske and Dibrova.

In the Siversk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled 10 assaults by Russian invaders near Bilohorivka, Verkhnekamianske, Spirne and Pereyizne.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the occupants attacked four times in the areas of Hryhorivka and Chasiv Yar.

In the Toretsk sector, the enemy, with the support of aviation, carried out 13 attacks near Bila Hora, Pivnichne, Zalizne, Nelipivka, New York and Toretsk.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders stopped 51 attacks in the vicinity of 15 different settlements. The Russian occupants were most active near Vozdvyzhenka, Novozhelanne, Hrodivka and in the direction of Zelene Pole. The highest concentration of hostile attacks was recorded near Hrodivka.

In the Kurakhove sector, Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 17 attacks near Krasnohorivka, Kostiantynivka, Heorhiivka and Oleksandrivka.

In the Vremivsk sector, the enemy made one attack towards Kostiantynivka.

In the Orikhivsk sector, one attack on positions in the area of Mala Tokmachka was registered.

In the Prydniprovsky sector, the operational situation remains without significant changes. The enemy conducted three unsuccessful attacks. In addition, it conducted an air strike.

The enemy maintains a military presence on the border with Chernihiv region.

The operation in the Kursk region is ongoing, with Ukrainian soldiers making progress. Russian servicemen continue to surrender, choosing life.

Let us recall that on August 6, Ukrainian soldiers began an offensive operation in the Kursk region. The Ukrainian Armed Forces managed to take control of at least 82 settlements.

Ukraine has created the first military commandant’s office in the Kursk region and also plans to open a humanitarian corridor for evacuation.
