Dozens of Ukrainian men in Warsaw demand that their passports be returned

Several dozen men demanded that their passports, which the State Enterprise “Document” does not issue, be returned to them outside the Ukrainian consulate in Warsaw.

The protest was mainly attended by conscripts who held posters with the slogans “We are not slaves, give us back our passports,” “Stop discrimination against Ukrainian men,” and “A passport is a right, not a privilege.”

Let us recall that since April, Document has not been issuing passports to many Ukrainians that had already been paid for and produced. Although at that time the law on mobilization, which introduced the requirement to present a military ID when receiving a passport, had not yet entered into force.
