The law banning the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) and organizations associated with it in Ukraine, adopted by the Rada on August 20, was submitted to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for signature.

The parliament’s website notes that the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk, signed a law with registration number 8371 banning the Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine.
The website also clarifies that the document was submitted to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for signature.
