Explosion heard in Kharkiv: city under fire
By the evening of August 31, an explosion was heard in Kharkiv. The military administration reported enemy shelling in the city.
This was reported in Telegram by the mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv RMA Oleh Syniehubov .
Syniehubov reported that the occupiers are launching attacks on Kharkiv.
"An explosion in the city. Be careful," Terekhov noted.
