After drone attack in Moscow, oil refinery caught fire

A fire broke out at an oil refinery in Moscow (Kapotnya district) after an attack by Ukrainian drones.

Moscow Mayor Sobyanin reports that the flames are engulfing a separate technical room. The fire is currently being extinguished.
