Ukrainian military forces control 90% of the territory of the city of Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region, where fierce battles have been ongoing for several months.
This was reported by Oleh Kalashnikov, press officer of the 26th Artillery Brigade named after General-Cornet Roman Dashkevych.
"At the same time, 10% of the territory is partially controlled by the Russians and partially represents a grey zone, where active combat operations are taking place. In these areas, the enemy is attempting to storm the city itself," he noted.
The representative emphasized that the Russian army continues to carry out attacks on Ukrainian positions.
"The entire frontline is currently under pressure from assault actions, although the intensity varies depending on the direction. The enemy tries to use all available means for fire damage to the maximum extent possible," the representative added.
