Russian troops hit the suburbs of Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs on the evening of Monday, September 23.
This was reported by Telegram of Kharkiv’s mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"Explosions can be heard in Kharkiv. Preliminary reports indicate that the strike hit a nearby suburb," Terekhov said.
The mayor urged the residents of Kharkiv to stay in shelters, as the Russians may repeat the launches of guided aerial bombs.
