
On September 24, Russian occupation forces attacked Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region. As a result of enemy shelling, one person died, and two others were injured.
This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional Administration, Vadym Filashkin, and representatives of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office. It became known that Russian military dropped two guided bombs "KAB-250" on the city from a drone.
The epicenter of the explosions was the boiler house of a public utility company, where a repair crew was working. A 39-year-old man died on the spot from fatal injuries.
Two of his colleagues, aged 37 and 39, received mine-explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds to the thighs and eyes. They were provided with medical assistance.
As a result of the occupiers’ attack, the boiler house building, auxiliary premises, and pipeline were damaged.
Under the supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in a criminal case under the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
