Today, September 25, as a result of enemy shelling of the village of Zymivnyk on the outskirts of Kherson, an 80-year-old woman was killed, and her 48-year-old daughter was severely injured.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the investigation, on Wednesday, September 25, around 1 pm, Russian occupiers shelled Zymivnyk with artillery.
Reportedly, as a result of the attack by Russian military forces, an 80-year-old woman was killed. Her 48-year-old daughter was severely injured and hospitalized. Both were in the yard during the shelling.
"Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been opened for the violation of the laws and customs of war, accompanied by intentional murder," the statement reads.
