The head of the DIU Budanov visited the hottest spot in the Kharkiv region
The DIU Head visited Vovchansk and presented awards to the participants of the operation to liberate the Vovchansk Aggregate Plant.
A video of Kyrylo Budanov’s visit to the Kharkiv region has appeared. On September 25, it became known that the head of the DIU arrived in Vovchansk to honor the fighters who liberated the plant in Vovchansk from Russian occupiers. DIU reported that Budanov had traveled to Vovchansk.
The head of military intelligence awarded the fighters of the "Stuhna", "Paragon", "Junger" and "RDK" units, which operated as part of the "Timur" special unit of the DIU MO, with medals "For Military Merit".
"The courage and heroism you demonstrated in this mission deserve the highest praise. There have been no similar operations in our history yet," Budanov noted.
