The police have taken an interest in the scandalous fugitive blogger Oleksandr Voloshyn

The police have taken up the case of the scandalous blogger Oleksandr Voloshyn, who fled Ukraine for abroad.

This was reported by journalist Ramina Eskhakzai to the project "Morning in a Big City".

In particular, she gathered evidence of how Voloshyn left Ukraine during the war. According to Ramina, the blogger crossed the border disguised as a minibus driver. Thus, all the collected evidence confirming Oleksandr’s escape was handed over to the police by the journalist. Law enforcement officials are currently working with the materials provided by Ramina.

"I know that I am right. I have all the evidence. The police are working with the evidence I collected. Since a blogger like Oleksandr Voloshyn is used to joking and pranking his friends, but when it concerns the SBU, the police, and our state, it might threaten him with an international warrant."

At the end of August, Oleksandr Voloshyn publicly admitted that he left Ukraine and does not intend to return. He settled in Spain, where he plans to continue living. The blogger explained his escape by saying that he was forced to do so because his life was in danger. Allegedly, listening devices were found in his car, and his security guard was beaten by unknown individuals.

Journalist Ramina Eskhakzai conducted her own investigation. According to her data, the blogger was preparing for his departure. Shortly before escaping, Voloshyn sold real estate and took cars abroad. Ramina also noted that the blogger crossed the border thanks to corrupt schemes. He left Ukraine allegedly disguised as a minibus driver.
