Across Ukraine, mass notifications about bomb threats were received

The National Police confirmed information regarding receiving reports about bomb threats at various facilities in Ukraine.

Kyiv

A bomb threat was reported at the premises of the High Council of Justice, forcing staff to temporarily stop work for law enforcement to carry out necessary actions.

"Employees and visitors of the High Council of Justice have been evacuated. The resumption of work will be announced additionally," added the High Council of Justice.

In Sumy, up to ten different state institutions received bomb threats, including:

• Zarichnyi Court;
• Department of Education and Science of Sumy City Council;
• Service center;
• Treasury building;

Bomb technicians and canine units are already working at the sites.

Lviv region and Lviv

Zhovkva City Council received a bomb threat via email. Subsequently, all employees and visitors were promptly evacuated. Inspection results are awaited.

According to "Varta1," around 1 PM in Lviv, an anonymous bomb threat was reported in Lviv educational institutions:

• School №10;
• Vocational College of "Lviv Polytechnic."

It was also reported about bomb threats at several buildings in the center at Rynok Square.

Uzhhorod

According to local media, the city council building in Uzhhorod was evacuated. Law enforcement and emergency services have already arrived at the scene.

Chernihiv region

"Ichnia City Council temporarily suspended work due to a bomb threat," it is stated on the city council’s Facebook page.

Dnipropetrovsk region

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration (RMA) Mykola Lukashuk reported that the RMA itself was also targeted - a call about a bomb threat was received.

"Today we witnessed attempts to destabilize through fake bomb threats at state institutions and local self-government bodies. This is aimed at disrupting the operation of important structures for the country and sowing panic among the population," he added.

Mykolaiv region and Mykolaiv

Educational institutions and state institutions received reports of bomb threats. As of 2:25 PM, it was known about:

• six "bomb threats" in Mykolaiv;
• 14 in the region.

What the police say

Currently, law enforcement agencies are inspecting the sites where anonymous bomb threats were reported.

The government bodies, local self-government, and other facilities received letters about bomb threats.

"The National Police of Ukraine has been dealing with such reports for several years, and an appropriate response algorithm to such incidents has been developed. It is not excluded that the enemy is trying to destabilize the situation in the regions of our state, thus using informational and psychological special operations. The police have enough forces and means to check each facility," the police added.

In particular, citizens were urged to be vigilant and assist law enforcement in performing their duties.
