Russian shell hit a residential building in Kherson: two people died

This is reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office in a telegram post.

«On October 14 at about 18:50, the enemy shelled one of the residential areas of Kherson. As a result of a direct shell hit on a residential building, two women were killed», states the regional prosecutor’s office.

It is noted that a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in a criminal proceeding on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional killing (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
